Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Captured Essence. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to confirm your session. Remaining balance must be paid on or before the session date. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Cash, Check, or Tap. Deposits are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled once if at least 3-5 days notice is given. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled session may require full payment. Packages include a set number of edited images as outlined in the chosen package. Proof images are for selection only and not for final use. Final images are delivered digitally within 2-4 weeks. Additional images may be purchased at $10 per image. We retain copyright ownership of all images. Clients receive a license to use final images for personal or commercial purposes, depending on the package. Images may not be resold or altered without written consent. Unless requested otherwise, we may use images for our portfolio, website, and marketing. Clients must be prepared and on time. We are not responsible for delays, uncooperative subjects, or incomplete sessions caused by the client. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, illness, accidents, or equipment failure). In the unlikely event services cannot be delivered, liability is limited to a refund of all payments made.
